In the unlikely event that any item you ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if the item delivered is different from what you ordered, you may exchange / return the item if it is not used, and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging along with the original exchange / return tags.
Exchange is permitted provided the jewelry is in its original condition. Only one such exchange will be allowed per account.
Before accepting delivery of the product / s, ensure that the packaging is intact or unopened. If you believe that the goods are in poor condition, or if the packaging is damaged or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to accept delivery of the goods and call our customer service at + 971 56 330 4747 (10:00 from 00:00 to 17:00 Dubai time – GMT + 04:00) or email [email protected] with your order reference number.
We will do our best to get your replacement as soon as possible. If you accept the delivery and then realize that the package is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.

The payment will be returned to the customer via the same payment method. For example, if a customer made an order using a credit card, the canceled amount will be refunded to the same account. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in crediting funds to the Cardholder’s credit card account as it is operated by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
